Shipping Return & Refund Policy
Customer can contact us within 30 day of receiving the item.
A refund of the purchase price, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
We do not accept a return item that is damage, washed or altered in any way.
Please know there is a 15% restocking fee upon order.
Shipping charges below the $500 free freight will not be refunded.
You must notify Lavari of any return so that we will be expecting your package.
Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge could potentially be refused.
